Description:JSmart is an App to register business trips expenses through SmartPhone or Tablet and manage expense reports via browser.JSmart provides simple and intuitive way to: - Record all your business travel expenses with the capability to:• take and attach a picture of the receipt• associate names of colleagues and/or guests names to each expense• choose the currency• detail payment date• specify the starting date of a service (in the case of hotels or car rental booked in advance)• attach notes and comments• activate/deactivate expense categories/items so to better suit your needs• choose type of supporting document (e.g. invoice or receipt)• choose the payment type (e.g. cash or credit card) - Manage personal documents (driving license, ID card, passport, health card, etc.). Creating for each an "electronic wallet" with document’s data and picture. - Manage lists of colleagues, guests, locations, customers, projects, cost centers that allow you to speed up and simplify the process of entering additional information for each expense - View and download your expenses (registered users only).
